1. What is the minimum order?
Every order is important to us and to keep our prices as low as they are it is important for you to understand that we have to keep a minimum order of 100. If there is a special need, talk to us.

2. Can my order be combined with flip-flops and slides?
Of course, we encourage that. The matching slide is there to compliment the flip flop so you could offer your customer a choice.

3. Is there a set up or art work fee?
No, unlike many other companies who charge from $100 to $300 flip-out does not believe in charging a set up or art work fee. We strive to build a long term relationship with all of our clients.

4. How long will my order take?
Most orders range between 4-8 weeks from initial order date.

5. What does it cost to ship?
At flip out we deliver the product to your door at no additional charge.

6. What sizes are available?
Both slide and flip flops are unisex and sizes range from mens xxs-xl.
childrens 7 yrs of age and up.

7. If my logo has more than 1 color does it cost extra to embroider?
No, there is no extra charge, we want your logo to appear as best to your original.

8. What payment terms are offered?
For your convenience we accept most major credit cards and checks. Orders require a 50% deposit and the balance paid in full at the time your proof is approved.
